Q: How do I contact you?
Our email address is editors@rubberstampedZZ.org. (remove the ZZ). Please note: all removal requests are handled via email@example.com only.
If you have changed your mind about listing with us then we are happy to remove links for you.
Free deletions Send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. If it is important to you that your links are removed immediately, then please use our paid service. Our free service is offered on an "as time permits" basis.
Express deletions: An administration fee of $9 applies to express deletion requests. If you would like to submit an express deletion request, please use the button below. Following payment, send an email to email@example.com telling us which URL you want deleted.
Q: I paid, but I can't find my listing?
A: We send out emails notifying acceptance, but sometimes the notifications get lost in the ether. Check the "New Listings" page. Also try a search. If in doubt, please send us a mail and we'll rectify the problem.
Q: How much does it cost to list?
A: We charge a review fee of $49.95 (USD). Sites are hand reviewed and, if they qualify, listed within 48 hours. We do not offer text advertising, banners, PPC, or sell our e-mail lists to third parties. If a site is rejected, we will consider another site, or offer a refund.
Q: Is this a one time fee?
A: Yes. We charge webmasters a $39.95 one-time review/evaluation fee in order to help us cover our operating expenses and maintain a clean, high quality directory.
Q: What listings don't you allow?
A: We accept listings where the listed site is obviously intended for an end-user.
We don't allow hate sites or any content deemed illegal. We do not list sites that have little content intended for the end user. If you're accustomed to submitting to directories such as Yahoo!, you'll find our criteria similar.
See our Submission Guidelines for more details.
Q: Some high level categories do not have an Add URL button, why?
A: The category is locked and not available for listing submissions. This is because some categories are general and could easily drift off-topic as too many listings could conceivably qualify. Please find an appropriate sub-category for your listing.
Q: But what if a web sites' content changes? How can the RubberStamped Directory prevent "bait-and-switch"?
A: Our paid editors ensure that their categories and entries are regularly checked. We also encourage the webmaster community to report any instances of bait-and-switch. Any listings that no longer accurately match site content are removed.
Q: I can't find a suitable directory category.
A: Please feel free to suggest a category on the Add URL form. Not all suggestions result in new categories, however we will try our best to accommodate your request.
